Hacking N3DS Web Browser On O3DS?

Has anyone successfully installed the N3DS web browser on the O3DS? I ask because feature wise it is way better than the old browser (html5 support). If it has been dumped from the N3DS can it be installed as a cia?

Of course I am talking about emunand and not sysnand.

I don't think that would work. Would be like trying to run Internet Explorer 11 in MS-DOS. I don't think it's going to end well for you.

I don't think anybody has tried installing the N3DS browser on the O3DS, but people did try to install the O3DS browser on the N3DS and that was unsuccessful.
