Hi,

Did someone have the similar issue with the bottom screen?

Right side has some gap with something like bleeding effect:

Left side is ok:

I know that I crazy perfectionist :) but is it possible to get rid of this? No problem with teardown but not sure that I can fix something myself or do I need to replace the whole screen?

Also my top screen is IPS and bottom is TN, any chance to buy IPS bottom screen somewhere? :)

Most likely you'll at least need to take apart that 3DS. Fates Limited Edition units have IPS bottom screens.

Yep, my bad :)

So any chance to buy IPS bottom screen? :)

So no chances to find bottom IPS screen separately?
The only way to get an ips display would be to salvage it from another 3ds. (Maybe someone could sell it seperately, but you would need to be on the look out constantly)

There's absolutely no problem. It's completely normal. The backlight bleeds, which is why it looks like what it does.

It's not common to have a perfectly backlit screen, actually.
