Since there are two questions to be answered here:

1. Can the MSET exploit be used on N3DS? Sure, just downgrade the MSET app to the one from 4.x, and then you can run Gateway or whatever other CFW if you're on 8.1-9.2.

2. Can you run Sudokuhax and/or inject other DSiWare stuff over the DS Internet Communication app on N3DS too? Yes, make a backup of your sysNAND (or emu if that's where you intend on trying it from), use Decrypt9 to dump your TWL_NAND partition and use a program to mount it as a FAT16 image, then replace the proper app (I forget its title ID off the top of my head, sorry), and re-inject it into your sysNAND's (or emuNAND) TWL_NAND partition.

Sudokuhax is handy for reinjecting the profile exploit without needing to use a flash cart.
FBI has an option for Mset install do I just choose it on my ReiNand 10.5 and install it

People also tried injecting Pictochat, and at first they failed (it wouldn't load). I'm glad someone got it working.
If it failed, it doesn't count.

actually it has been for a long time, it's just that noobs don't know how to do this type of hacking so they go crazy when they see hacks like this
Says the guy who's been around for 2 months (or perhaps keeps getting banned)

but can you really blame them for being uninformed

same meaning tho just sounds beater

If you think that ignorance is the same thing as being stupid, then you're pretty stupid.

although it could probably be used for DS ROMs without flashcarts at some point in the future.

There's a fairly long thread about exactly that. It doesn't seem like it's likely to happen any time in the foreseeable future because of how the DS carts communicate with the system, redirection while still maintaining hardware based loading is (what seems to be) difficult at best.

I remember @smealum posted info on that thread about it
