How on earth did you do that? Anyways, fixing it seems extremely difficult, so I'm not too sure how to fix it. However, since your 3DS boots, it's fine.

Your talking about Decrypt9's message when it makes a NAND backup and it says the FIRM is corrupted right?

A9LH intentionally corrupts it, that's the point of it. Newer tools disregard and understand this.

You're trying to fix something that isn't even broken.

Just download GodMode9, update your Luma3DS to the latest stable release, and make a NAND backup.

not working sd failure or sd ful i allready tried it with other sd cards and checekd my sd card for error and checked my real sd space
