I thought it was for some sort of program What would happen if i just try to install the system cia? Is there any risk of brick?

In emunand you don't risk anything, but I think that there are some bit flags that will deny the software to run on o3ds

Browser freezes on boot and after a reboot it asks to update so can confirm just installing cia doesn't work
