Hacking N3DS and blue MT-Card

Hai there!

Can any of you that own both MTcard and New3DS let me know if the blue mtcard (ds mode card) works on the n3ds or was it blocked. I mean if it can run nds roms because someone here is selling it for really really cheap and Im thinking of buying it.

it is most likely blocked and the only way to play it is to install a cia called flashcard time warp
