Hacking n00bi alert!

Hi Guys,

First of all, I'm really sorry for being such a n00b, but.
I've tried this several times, without success and my Dad told me when I was a kid that it is not shame to ask if you're an idiot

Anyway.
My son has a new 2DSXL. Loves it. The problem is that he likes thooooose really expensive games...I mean, all of those da*n Lego stuff.
In our region those are easily 50 EUR games.
So.
We have a DSLite, with a DSTT card.
I've checked the card with the CardChecker tool, it says it is OK.
So, I've tried to flash ntrboot, without success.
The card still works like a charm.

I've downloaded the files, followed the 3ds guide.

I can start the flash tool, I can select the DSTT card, but then, bumm. It freezes...

Any ideas?

You can try this to set up cfw.

Yapp, but that is beyond my knowledge and the DSTT should work, just don’t know why don’t...

Just try following that guide, it's actually very easy as long as you do exactly what it says.
If you want, you can also try out a newer cfw method called Fredminer. It might actually be even easier since you don't have to mess with frogtool.3dsx at all.
