Android My tablet isn't charging?

I'm using an Android tablet (EGQ337) and it says it's charging, but it simply dosen't. It just keeps going down. Is there some sort of reason why? I have an SD to Micro SD adapter plugged in and only Drive and Settings is running. Here's what the Battery section of the Settings app has to say:
5 seconds on battery
Screen (brightness all the way down): 61%
uTorrent Pro: 23%
Android System: 6%
Drive: 4%
Google Play services: 3%
Google Keyboard: 3%

What kind of charger are you using? If it's the one where you plug a micro usb cable into it then chances are the cable is crappy and not enough to power a tablet AND use at the same time.

I swear it was just fine yesterday, it can't be crappy.
