Hacking my offical paid 3DS themes are gone , what i do ?

i have several themes i bought year ago
now when i go to my themes i can't find them
i went to the theme store and i see there is purchase button , its like i didn't pay for it before , i have a receipts for all my themes
but i can't redownload them for free
i am on 9.9 sysnand

Are you signed into your NNID? Also when you go to system settings can you sign into it from there? If so go to the eShop and check your account's purchase history if you don't see anything call Nintendo

i can see the my purchase history , i can see i paid for 3 themes and have 1 free theme
