hi my mario kart 8 deluxe mods are disappearing and my edizon backups too i don't know what to do help me pls

what FTP Sysmodule do you have installed? the old version are prune to be hacked because it doesn't ask for credentials.

also you be sure what your SD is FAT32 not ExFAT formatted.

What do you mean by FTP Sysmodule and i am sure my sd card is FAT32

FTP Sysmodule is something that can run in the background as sysmodules do and FTP is file transfer so a way to access your switches SD card over the local internet.
Edit: Assuming that you didn't somehow forward the ftp port it won't be accessed online from outside your internet at home, but be sure you don't have like a synced folder to it or maybe someone at home logging into the ftp and moving/removing stuff.

So is it deleting just files? Or is the whole folder for the game disappearing too?

Maybe just incompatible? Does the game crash when loading the mods too? Hard switch crash or soft like back to home screen?
