Hardware My LED Projector is a bit blury

So i had this projector for few years now, and it got dusty, so i opened it, cleaned every corner, assembled back, and now it is blurry from the right side ( look at the mirror, it is the side closest to the lenses )
Probably someone ran into this issue before, it has a total of 4 lenses, two opposite to each other at both ends, one is symmetrical goes 2nd after first one from outside, and the 3rd is thick like 3 cm, curved from inside out.
when turning focus in and out, i can't get it all clear, either sacrifice the middle, or like 10% of the left side top to bottom !

Oh my gosh, the projector is blurry and it affects a lot. Have you tried adjusting the focus or cleaning the lens to make the image clearer?

@WayneCOstrander sorry i forgot to write back, i managed to fix it, i ll try to edit the pic to display the right order, i swapped places of a lens & a nilon ring
