Hacking MY G6 LITE DOESN'T WORK...HELP!!!!

i had a bunch of games on my g6 lite (gba), i just went into the folder and deleted the files, now i get nothing, my ds or gba sp won't even see the card its the same as having nothing in the system. Anyone know what i can do to fix this, and yes i've tried low level format and every other kind of format i could find on the net, im wondering if i missing some files from the card when i did the format, what files should i have in the root and what folders should there be?

You only need G6Loader , G6Verify , NDS and GBA in the root.

And try to use the maintence tool that comes with the CD to format it back to retail state and after update it with the A+B+Select+Start at green text and after use the latest G6 Loader and do an update via GBA MODE (same for the Green Text thing.)
