Hacking my first skin.....HELP

hi. i have just made a skin, but when i input it into my ezflash4lite, by skin-it, it just goes to 2 black screens.

can some one please use that and tell me whats wrong.

In this section of the (semi) official site you will find the answers to these and a whole host of other skinning questions.
Your problems sound to me as if they are to do with the size of the images you are trying to use - the EZ4 is extremely fussy about image sizes and the slightest difference will cause problems.
Also there are certain options that must be turned off when saving your images.......
