I bought my ez flash omega in aliexpress, however I think it came with problem because the games freeze after a few minutes. SD is formatted in fat32 and clustered in 32kb

This same problem occurs with other games.
In case I want to post more videos.

What's the md5 hash of Donkey Kong Country? Do you have the same problem with Clean Boot? Have you tried cleaning the nds/ez omega contacts?

Yes this problem occurs in clean boot. Yes, I cleaned the contacts. I have to check the md5 of the rom, however that same problem occurs with other games, and the same roms normally work in ez flash 3in1 and omega freeze.

Well, Donkey Kong Country checks out; you can of course google the other hashes to double check the rest. The only other idea off hand I can think of is to try the other half shell and see if it occurs with that. You can also try putting a small piece of paper on the back side of the board (opposite side of the contacts) to see if that'll push the contacts up a little to make better contact. If neither of these help, then I'd imagine that the cart is in some way defective.

I am doing this omega came defective.
The seller accepted that I sent it back to check the ez flash omga, but when I checked the shipping value it was almost the same as the price I paid in the flash omega ez, so it does not compensate me to resend, and unfortunately I will have to stay with this ez flash omega.
The freight from Brazil to China costs $ 33.00 ($ 128.00) through the post office here in Brazil.

Have you tried a different SD Card? Try formatting it to 64K cluster.
Yes, I tested with 3 different cards. KingSton 8GB formatted in Fat32 with 32KB cluster, Sandisk 16GB formatted in Fat32 with 32KB cluster, and KingSton 64GB formatted in exFat with 128KB cluster.

Have you tried the device on an actual gameboy advance?

No, I only have this Nintendo DS Lite, but with the ez flash 3in1 these problems do not happen.
I can see if I can find a cheap GBA to sell here in Brazil.

Does it happen if you shake the system? The chip might have been soldered poorly. That can be remedied by resoldering the chip but doing so is a risk. I have fixed several carts by resoldering the chips.

The problem does not occur if I shake DS. Maybe it could be a problem in soldering some component itself.

if you already posted a thread, you no need to bump another thread to say it again. that action not only waste the resource of the forum, but also waste other people's time.

I have the exact same problem.
I think its a normal issue with this Card.
Have other people Omega Definitive Edition cards without that problem?
