I think it has to do something with "imageshack.us". If you avatar's saved on your computer, you can just re-upload it onto pix.gbatemp.net , then use that image file instead.

ok i resized it now it is:
77.1KB
248 x 186

so i go to upadte avatar or w/e and try to upload (changing the size to 100 x 75) and click update, but all i get is an error telling me to contact a member of staff???

edit: nvm fixed it, had t upload image separately through gbatemp image service and hyperlink to there, still dunno why above method didn't work.
