Hello everyone. I recently bought a second-hand 2DS and I figured out the sound was partially gone. By "partially" I mean that I can hear certain sounds like keyboard tapping sound (for example, using the web browser), among others. However, I can't hear games music/sounds or even the home menu music. These issues are also happening when trying to use headphones.
I have tested several DS and 3DS games and no luck. The speaker looks healthy, I can even adjust the volume. I don't want to send it to Nintendo yet because I don't have a purchase ticket (because it is a second-hand 2DS) and sound issues have a cost of, at least, 40€.
