Homebrew 'Must have' 3ds homebrew?

I feel like I haven't been paying as much attention to the 3ds scene as I should have. I want to know what homebrew everyone thinks is best. Example: best ftp server, cia manager, save manager, etc.

FBI 2.X, SOON2, DevMenu/BBM, Official FTP server, JK's save manager, GodMode9, all the other tool by d0k3 , QR Web Loader (if you like MEGA), CHMM2, CIAngel, Luma3DS, FileKong, FreeShop, and StarUpdater

CIA manager: FBI
Save manager: JK's Save Manager
FTP: in my opinion, ftpd by mtheall, but use https://github.com/3xkrazy/ftpd/commits/master as your fork of it, since it has a working CIA-building setup.

That should get the ball rolling.

Btw @Ricken what is the official ftp server? Does nintendo have one or is that just the name of it?

I think NTR CFW is quite nice because it is good 3DS screen recording for free.

@Aether Lion yeah, I was using ntr for a while for the screen capture. I only have an o3ds so the perks are limited for me. Once I get a n3ds I'll put it to use though.
