Muramasa gets new publisher, release date!

Well, that's good news, no matter how you slice it. I'm not terribly excited that it's Ignition, as they seem to be hit and miss with the folks they use to localize games. But at least we're getting the game, and really, how bad could they flub it up. The game's already made. They just need to pay someone to localize it and distribute it. I know Shane Bethhausen (1Up) recently got hired on with Ignition for the express purpose of finding games for the company, so who knows -- maybe he played a hand in nabbing it for them.

It's so discouraging, though, that you never feel like games like Muramasa are going to sell well here in the States. It's a vicious cycle, really. If it doesn't have Walmart appeal, publishers are afraid to touch it -- and with good reason.
