Homebrew Multi-Mod Manager v13.4 keeps displaying old directories/files

Hi,

Does anyone know if the multi-mod manager v13.4 (MMM) app has a cache stored somewhere on the Wii? For the life of me I can't figure out how to get it to refresh the directories/files. I added new directories/files on my external hard-drive and on my PC it shows everything but when I mount it in "MMM" it shows all the old stuff I had from before.
