I tested yesterday a slow micro sd card with 3 3ds roms and ds roms. the micro sd card have 5mb wright speed and nand save games work
gateway or MT card can get volcanion and hoopa, but they both need a 3ds on 4.x FW.....please just read up, there is a search function that exists to find stuff out instead of spamming everywhere with the same shit
