Homebrew msx emulation on DS

hi
i need some help with running sd snatcher on my NDS

i've got 2 emus: penko and fmsx.

i did not get anyone to run the game

do i need some scc rom for fmsx ?
can i run games without sound and thus without scc support ? has fmsx/penko scc support ( these asian pages are indecypherable for me)

i can't get fmsx to work, it always says fat error although i dldi patched it

any help is appreciated
