1. Download msxDS here: http://filetrip.net/nds-downloads/emulators/download-msxds-094-f30685.html
2. Follow Readme
3. Profit. :P

Seriously though, you'll be needing some MSX BIOS dumps, The instructions on where to put them are on the Filetrip page - it's really easy to wrap your head around:

Unzip the archive and copy fmsxDS.nds on your flash card.
Copy the /msxds folder that contains 'CMOS.ROM' and 'Carts.crc' files into root of your flash card.
Copy MSX/MSX2/MSX2+ japanese BIOS, FM-PAC BIOS and Kanji ROM into this folder.
That is the following files:
• MSX.ROM = MSX BIOS and BASIC
• MSX2.ROM = MSX2 BIOS and BASIC
• MSX2EXT.ROM = MSX2 ExtROM
• MSX2P.ROM = MSX2+ BIOS and BASIC
• MSX2PEXT.ROM = MSX2+ ExtROM
• DISK.ROM = DiskROM and BDOS
• FMPAC.ROM = FMPAC BIOS
• KANJI.ROM = KANJI ROM (JIS 1st+2nd Class)
• A1WXKDR.ROM = Kanji Basic from FS-A1WSX
• CMOS.ROM = To save parameters of the MSX.

Correct BIOS for msxDS.
• for MSX 1 mode:
MSX.ROM = National CF-2000 or FS-4000 ROM (CRC32: EE229390 or 071135E0)
• for MSX 2 mode:

MSX2EXT.ROM = National FS-4700 or FS-5000 ROM (CRC32: 4A48779C or 43E7A7FC)
• for MSX 2+ mode:
MSX2P.ROM = Panasonic FS-A1WX ROM (CRC32: 19771608)
MSX2PEXT.ROM = Panasonic FS-A1WX ROM (CRC32: B8BA44D3)
KANJI.ROM = Panasonic FS-A1WX ROM (CRC32: 1F6406FB)
A1WXKDR.ROM = Panasonic FS-A1WX Kanji Basic ROM (CRC32: B4FC574D)
• for PSG+FM sound mode:
FMPAC.ROM = Panasonic FM-PAC BIOS ROM (CRC32: 0E84505D)
• for Floppy Disk Drive emulation:
DISK.ROM = Panasonic FS-FD1a Floppy Disk Drive extension controller ROM (CRC32: 697EAF4E)

I'm afraid I don't understand what you're saying.

All you have to do is copy the folder onto the SD and then add the additional files from whatever source you may find them (copyrighted content, hence not included) to it. Most emulation-oriented websites carry those.

i'm pretty sure he is saying that the emu is kicking back all kinds of errors saying it is missing files. it seems the person asking the question does not understand that they need to find the bios files on their own.
