Gaming Msn live error box?

A pink box on msn has a message saying,You can still chat,but some features might not be available because of a connection problem...I've temp. disabled the firewall that didn't work,temp. disabled AVG still no go so not sure what the issue is,i'm running win XP professional SP2 with dial up...btw i'm running WLM version 2009 build 14.0.8117.416.

It's because you're on dialup, and the other features disabled would be high-bandwidth ones such as video chats.
