i cannot juse online payment services and the like for paying the registration fee (not to tell that' im sure i couldn't pay that anyway)...
do you have any ideas of what program should i use?

also,i've heard that theoonsghell 2 has a converter,i can't find it
a user sent me a d.link for it on my topic 'any good mp4 apps for r4?' (r4 section,of course)
i've got the files but dunno what should i do with them...

if you can help me with either situation it would be very nice

you shoud try xilisoft dpg converter there is one in TBP or just google it and you will find
i don't put links cause i don't know about the forum rules

Well the moonshell 2 dpg converter is in misctools/dpgtools in the moonshell 2 download.
Just open dpgenc and drag your files into the program

I always used batchDPG, with the following settings -
Code:
Video
Framerate: 24
Profile: Ultra
Width: (Do not change the input size)
Height: (Do not change the input size)
Bitrate: 384
Max Bitrate: 512
Passes: 1
Resizer: Spline16

Audio
Bitrate: 128
Samplerate: 32768
Priority: (Whatever works best for your PC, I use "2 - Normal" because my PC is a bit older and I usually am using other programs while encoding.)
Force to 256*192: Do NOT check this box. It stretches the video and and can create audio de-sync.
Encoder Setting: Normal (Can use any framerate)

which always gave PERFECT results, no skipping, no sync issues, nothing wrong at all. However, I can't get BatchDPG to function under windows 7
