Homebrew Moving CFW 3DS save data to PC?

I'd like to move my save data on a CFW 3DS to another 3DS. The new one isn't hacked and I'm going to do it now but I'm going to use the SD card already in the hacked one to hack the new one. So before I format it, I want to move the save data on it to my PC first. What's the best app to do that with?

You could use checkpoint

Save are encrypted on the system if digital, backup and decrypt save with JKSV or Checkpoint, move the save data off to a computer, if you plan to format the SD card currently in used, make a copy of all the files on the SD card.

OK I just backed it up. Do you know where to find the save data files when the SD card is in PC?
