According to the service site, you seem to have an unminable seed, so you are likely getting the "We were unable to successfully complete your bruteforce request" message. As the webpage should be telling you, if your ID0/friend code combination is correct, you will not be able to follow Seedminer at this time. Your options are:

a) System format and try Seedminer again. This may (but doesn't necessarily always) allow Seedminer to work. This would obviously delete all of the data on the 3DS.
b) If you have a second (modded) 3DS and a copy of Mario Kart 7, try kartdlphax.
c) If you have a compatible DS flashcart, try ntrboot.

It might be worth mentioning that Freakyforms Deluxe is still an option, as is Cubic Ninja (except on E-region units) and even Ocarina of Time + Powersaves.

And Smilebasic :P

Cubic Ninja is really good too, given its 10 dollarish USD price in NA. It should also work in Europe -- you must be thinking about the outdated smealum otherapp builds. Use this:
https://deadphoenix8091.github.io/3ds/ (11.13 == 11.15 in this case)

Gee, times have certainly changed. I would have thought speculation alone would have kept the price inflated.

But doesn't Cubic Ninja require the payload to be embedded in QR codes? I thought no one had generated QR codes with the updated EP payload.
