Hacking Mortal combat snes rom problem

Is it me or does mortal combat seem like a hard game to play with the snes emulator?

I haven't played it, but it probably is. Fast-paced action games aren't enjoyable on that emulator a lot of time because there's input lag, so your character will attack slightly after you press the button. This can really screw you up on games like Mortal Kombat, Megaman, etc.

Exactly my point and when I play it on the DS it seems a bit slow and as PeregrinFig said megaman seem slow as well!
