I just looked over at IGN, and the release date they have up is July 22, 2010.

It got pushed back. I remember hearing about the pushback in like...early march, maybe earlier.

At the very last second the publisher changed and the release day is in July now.

They are releasing the very long delayed Monster RACERS around the same time, too.

This publisher loves the Monster -Ers naming device.
