Hardware moniter shuts off randomly

my LCD moniter shuts off randomly and won't come back on again, even when i press buttons. i always have to shut off the power and turn the computer back on again. please help

Not enough power from the wall? Dirty electricity?

Try dimming the brightness. My monitor is on the lowest setting because I can see it just fine that way.

i'm pretty sure my electricity supply is stable. my moniter's brightness is zero

What happens if you try to use a different device as a video source, don't know if that would be possible to test, but it could then narrow it down to either the monitor or computer.

check the powercable mine always has a shitty connection

check in windows' control panel. power option, perhaps you have sleep mode enable after a while... and the power cable, mine is also unstable. this shit is too short!

sounds like somethin in the monitor is overheating n causin the shutdown, i am guessin ur PC stays on n its just the monitor that shuts off, if so either send for repair or get a new 1
