Hacking molecularShell w/o memory card

Hey, my memory card (or the slot) is broken. Is it possible to install molecularShell without a memory card?

If you have a Vita Slim, yes. If you have an OLED Vita, no.

The model number is on the bottom left of the device, 1xxx is the original launch model, 2xxx is the Vita slim.

I bought an OLED model and a sd2vita adapter. Is there any way to setup hacks without a memory card? I thought sd2vita would make it so I don't have to buy a memory card, but it won't install molecular shell without one. And I don't think I can mount the sd2vita without molecular shell. I'm I in a catch 22 situation? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Correct, you need to have some sort of Vita memory card to use SD2Vita. You can pick up a 4gb one for ~$15
