Hello guys. I noticed that there are a lot of people who have difficulty working with moflex videos. I am providing a tutorial created by me to work on my EX TROOPERS translation. The tutorial has reference to some programs, however, you will have to get them on the internet.

NOT INCLUDED ON TUTORIAL
I found out one more thing about moflex videos
They look perfect during the game (ex troopers)
But some (the first for example) get a little slow when played in the game's gallery (W.I.Z gallery - demo manga)
I haven't tested it, but maybe reducing the video quality in the virtualdub codec, solve the problem (I don't know if you will have this problem, because it is something very specific to ex troopers ... I think ...)

The tutorial is in DOCX format. if someone wants to edit and improve (and really needs), feel free

Hello, could you send me the tools from another tutorial of yours? They became lost media and there is no "mobiclip for nintendo CTR" option in virtualdub.

Help! Help! We're trying to translate the game E.X. Troopers into other languages, but we're stuck at the step of converting the left-AVI and right-AVI videos into Nintendo-encoded AVI. We can't activate the LIC, and even changing the system time doesn't work. Does anyone know where we can get the LIC file?

Change the date to Thursday, October 10, 2019, disconnect the internet cable or Wi-Fi, close all programs, and try applying the license, or restart the computer and start the step-by-step process.

Repeat these steps whenever the license deactivates:

  • Disconnect the PC from the internet and close all programs.
  • Set the date back to 10/10/2019.
1. Navigate to:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Mobiclip\Mobiclip Encoding Tool
Delete everything inside this folder.

2. Navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mobiclip Inc\Mobiclip Tools for NINTENDO CTR
Delete the file User.lic.

3. Delete this registry key (or something similar to it):
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Enigma Protector\%.8x%.8x-%.8x%.8x59CD7D55A3C4C497-A03561925F503ABB

4. Run:
"C:\Program Files\Nintendo\Mobiclip Multicore Encoder\MobiclipMulticoreEncoder.exe"
Go to Help > Install License and load the MME_Nintendo_CTR_20231231.lic file.
At this point, it should be activated and registered (you should only see the program name written).

5. Run:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mobiclip Inc\Mobiclip Tools for NINTENDO CTR\licenseInstaller\MobiclipLicenseInstaller.exe"
Add the User.lic file.

6. Open the shortcut:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Mobicrip Tools for NINTENDO CTR\About Mobiclip VFW codec for CTR.lnk
It should show "180 days left".

Restart the computer if necessary and check for the "180 days left" message above. If it doesn't work, start the tutorial over from the beginning.

Let me know if it worked for you. I tested this twice, both on Windows 10 and on a virtual machine with Windows 7.
