Hello. I've got an R4 and an EZ Flash 3-in-1.

I've been playing QuakeDS for quite a while now but I'd like to try and get some mods and total conversions running.

In particular I'm interested in running this: http://www.qj.net/Quake-I-Arena-0-75-R3/pg/49/aid/113994

I have gotten the mod running. It runs fine. That's not the problem.

What I need to figure out is: how can I structure my id1 folder in the root of my flashcart so I can have both the mod AND the original Quake 1 installed at the same time?

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

All you have to do is hold L button at startup to disable qdsopts.txt (i think).

You should also try QDS.Arena
http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=67765
(you need a ram expansion pak)

Thanks for the link. I'll look into QDS Arena.

But as for getting the thing I'm interested in running, what would my qdsopts.txt file look like?

EDIT: Nevermind. Got it working. Thanks for your help.
