Out of nowhere, Andy Nguyen, AKA TheFloW, tweeted the above image along with the word "modoru". Not much is known about modoru itself aside from the word being the Japanese for "return" and "go back". Some have speculated that due to its name, modoru will be a firmware downgrader for the Vita, possibly allowing access to downgrade to firmwares that support HENkaku Ensō which is a big thing as only PS Vita's with firmware version 3.65 or lower have access to HENkaku Ensō. With that being said, TheFloW hasn't confirmed or clarified anything about modoru yet aside from the fact that its design was made by freakler94 so who knows what it might be or when it might even release. As always, keep an eye out for any new statement from TheFloW that could surface in the coming days.
