You won't lose your game but you need to disable all you plugins in order to downgrade successfully.

How do i do that i chance the tai name in two folders already

delete the one in ux0, and edit your config.txt to disable your plugins, as they conflict with downgrade if you have plugins running, you can't use SD2Vita in the process, you need a memory card if you are on 1000 model.

If you are worry about your save data backup your save first, as downgrade doesn't mess with your games.

Oké but my SD card is smaller IT was 132 GB but now 14.91 GB

As you disable SD2Vita the SD card is disabled so it won't show that, it will show only the Sony Memory card, just do your downgrade.

Ik have no uma0 folder of is the ux0 folder good

it is fine, by default it see it as ux0 as it internal storage for the memory card.

And i have tai and taia in ur0 folder must i delete one or not and with config.txt file must i edit?

You could just delete or edit out your config in ur0:tai and rebuild your config later one so you don't get stuck in a boot loop if there was a problem.
