ModMii Syscheck and Riiconnect24

I wanted to check to see if my Wii was up to date with it's hacks, I used ModMii's syscheck. However it's saying that "ModMii's sysCheck updater has detected Riiconnect24 in IOS31. Would you like to overwrite it?" I am confused by this, if I say yes will it delete Riiconnect24 from my Wii? Should I say yes? Any help would is appreciated!
