Thanks for your concern. But i already fix my problems... somehow.
ModMii v6.4.2 released just now to fix bannerbomb download issues
edit: zip file uploaded, I just need to make the svn commit for auto updates to go live, been awhile so now I'm waiting for my commit software to update
edit2: update is live
Modmii don't install...
I get "instalation failed. check you internet connection and firewall settings and try again", but the firewall is off and the internet connection is ok.
Worked fine for me when I tried it a day or two ago, try disabling antivirus, if all else fails, just download the zip of the latest version from sourceforge
Hey XFlak, I tried using ModMii for the 1st time today and I ran into a couple errors. This is from the latest .zip (6.4.2) with my antivirus (Avast) disabled for the duration of the install. It wouldn't surprise me if it's still due to my antivirus though.

Did you extract the contents of the zip file or just run the executable from within the zip file?
I extracted the contents of the .zip file then ran the .exe (as Administrator to avoid any potential errors).
I did find a similar question posted earlier in this thread; I'm gonna give that solution a shot now.
I downloaded this file (source) and extracted UnRAR.exe from the x86 folder, renamed it unrar.exe and placed it in a created /temp/ folder in the extracted ModMii directory before running it; seems to have solved the problem. BTW, I'm running on a x64 OS, but I figured the ModMii .exe is for x86.
ModMii v6.4.3 released: Fixed UnRAR links and parsing of neek2o versions available online.
So long as people use ModMii and report issues (if any), I'll fix 'em!
Will a self contained Zip of it be available like v6.4.2?
Yes, all of modmii's recent releases can be found here in zip form.
The modmii installer will always download the most recent zip file for u. And the installer gives you the option of where to save it, and whether or not you want to make desktop or start menu shortcuts. So there's really no reason not to use the installer unless it makes your antivirus go crazy with false positive reports.
@XFlak, is there a ModMii for Mac?
I found a 7.0.0 one. Is the the real deal?
ModMii v7.0.0 and v7.0.1 are a hoax, they do not exist and anything you've read about ModMii in the v7.0.0 and v7.0.1 changelogs are not true.

I recall some folks getting it to work on Linux and mac's using wine and/or VMware. Easier to just borrow a PC if you have access.
I used Modmii 6.4.1 a while back with good results.
I have a few questions, please.
Should I run a later version now there has been an update made by you?
What can I delete from my SD card now it this is working well?
Can I get rid of the SD card and run everything from my USB stick by copying it over?
(I found the instruction a little difficult to understand in that respect).
I never could get Nintendeont to run from from loader CFG. Do you have any tips or config advice?
(I use wiiflow 4 by Abz and it works well, but I like cfg loader more).
Thank you for making this tool.
You don't need to run it again, but you might want to update your USB loader and cIOS (if you already have d2x cIOS v8 there's no need to update that)
You can delete any of the WAD files on your SD, along with the Priiloader installer in your apps folder if you have it, and boot.dol/elf on the SD card root. I think that's about it.
You can move most things to the SD card. Some homebrew might not be compatible as they are hard-coded to read files from the SD card, but USB loaders and emulators should work just fine off USB.
Other homebrew will mostly work as well, you'll have to try them to find out.
I don't know about CFG Loader, I personally prefer USB Loader GX since it can be set up to look exactly like the home menu. It also works fine with Nintendont. And I think it's the most polished out of the 3.
Check out modmii's sd clean up tool or whatever I named it way back in the day. It will remove not only wads but potentially dangerous apps that aren't required after the modding process is complete
I am trying to use this for uneek using default serial and get to this repeated each time I click Next to Retry over and over
