Hacking modded switch systemwipe

so i am trying to system wipe my switch with tegra explorer but when i try to do it after the warning it gives me this any ideas

TegraExplorer's system wipe seems to exit if directories are encountered in the system save directory. I'm not sure whether the presence of directories there is normal, but you could alternatively restore an eMMC backup if you have one.

Afaik, on a fresh Switch this system folder is empty.
It might just be a way to protect users from wiping their Switch and afterwards realizing they also wiped all their save games.
Maybe try making a backup of all your save games and then wipe all save games.

I think that directory contains savedata for system applications. User directories seem to be deleted after all files therein are deleted, but TegraExplorer aborts specifically if it encounters a subdirectory (for whatever reason.)
