Gaming MOdded switch, nintendo account?

So iv softmodded my switch working great. Using tinfoil for games.
can I still make an nintendo account and login to that safely withouth getting banned when using 90DNS?

Asking since I wanna get fortnite. Can I get and play that on modded switch?

It depends on HOW you modded your switch If you dualbooted it yes you can use your Nintendo account. Now if you think what I think you did and you half modded your system then your unit and dirty and you CANT go online unless you restore your nand and properly dualboot your system.

Honestly if you want to go online I would recommend you just buying another switch for a cheap price. Even wth dualboot you can still be at risk of banning your system.

Only if you have a clean sysNAND. If you are using sysNAND CFW, and you didn't make a backup before you started messing with stuff (especially installing nsps) here is no way to go back to a clean sysNAND. Also, you can't use Nintendo services with 90DNS, that's the whole point.
