Game sharing in what sense? Sharing the physical cartridges? Perfectly fine. Dumping the physical cartridges to play on the modded console on CFW emuNAND, and using the original carts on the unmodded console? Also fine. Sharing a Nintendo account with games on it and having it linked to both Switches? You can do that on OFW, you should not do it on emuNAND as it's not safe to connect to Nintendo servers if you have any nsps installed.
