When I power on my old 3ds, Home menu is not loaded and I get message "Preparing to start HOME menu. Please wait, and do not turn off the power" and loading bar not moving.
Before this I had just black screen with backlights on. Then I tried "Unban" and "Recover system" functions in Luma 3ds toolbox. After that the message is appearing every time I turn on console.
I dropped it the day before issue appeared, but it worked for one day after this.

Put the SD off. Maybe is an SD issue because it has to load the data to the SD too. Try formatting it and putting it back (Just whatever you do please backup the SD).

Try pressing L + R + B + Down at the same time while its booting.
I only have Anemone for wallpapers
Maybe you downloaded a corrupted theme.

Also, you had a backup of the nand?

Wait until I have a final decision or maybe you brick your 3ds. (Basically don't do nothing until I tell you)

I'm going to give you a list of options:
Try ensuring that the luma options are ok. (Hold select while powering on).
Try updating Luma (change the boot.firm).
Make this two things first and tell me if it worked.

I have never heard of this before and can't seem to find what you're referring to on Google
Do you have any ideas to fix this problem? (The home menu thing)

I think it would probably be useful to figure out exactly what OP did first.

I don't believe I'm familiar with "unban" and "recover system" functions in Godmode9. (You can do things like that in Godmode9, but not by those particular names.)

What did you do before that happened?

No, I didn't install anything. But I dropped the console a little, could this be the reason?(It worked fine before i powered it off)

When I power it with L R B Down and choose delete I get just a black screen

I should have been more clear.

Then I tried "Unban" and "Recover system" functions in Luma 3ds toolbox.
What is this "Luma 3ds toolbox" with "'Unban' and 'Recover system' functions", and where did you get it from?

"Unbanning" normally requires data from a second system and it is possible that whatever "unban" function you tried to use is responsible for your current problem. Perhaps whoever supplied this "toolbox" has further documentation, but it is impossible to say as I for one have no idea what you are referring to.

So i bought my console already modded and when i bott the chainloader it has options: Godmode or 3dstools. In"3dstools" there are such functions like unban and recover. I will attach photo of this screen

I for one have never seen that before and I can't seem to find any information about it on Google. Perhaps you can try searching for it yourself and see if you can find anything. Evidently it is some weird Chinese thing. Without further information it is impossible to say what those options might or might not have done to your system.

My best guess at this point would be to try a CTRTransfer as in https://3ds.hacks.guide/ctrtransfer , but perhaps you should try asking in the Nintendo Homebrew Discord to see if someone there knows what might be going on.

Ok, will try this. Also i saw on internet that similar problem could be caused by wi fi chip. Should i try to refresh it?

Try the CTRTransfer first, if that doesn't work, then yeah try it (I also never heard that wifi chip makes problems, as the one on my 3ds is broken 🙃)

So i followed this quide up to the point where you need to open system setting from home menu(end of III section). And now i am getting endless "Opening the HOME Menu... Do not turn off the power.". What should I do next?

Read my post again, very carefully.

Also, does Recovery Mode do anything? https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/Recovery_Mode
