Hacking modchipcentral is very slow

i ordered gateway on 4th dec
they just shipped it on Monday last week
and with no tracking number

i got this message from them

Hi your order was shipped Air Via Canadapost.
USPS will deliver your package in the USA
We apologize for the long delay. It would of shipped
sooner but Fedex lost our shipment last week and Canadapost
mis-delivered another one Last Friday. Worst luck we have
ever seen.
We really hope you receive this in time for Christmas
There is no tracking but shipping will take about
6 business days until delivery maybe less depending
on your state.
NOTE: orders shipping to California may take an extra
1-2 business days.

whats taking them so long ?
i mean , i understand they got delayed by Fedex but come on
10 days from canda to USA ? and still no sign for delivery
how i can check if it arrive to aramex in USA ?
i really shouldn't get anything from them again

Maybe santa' elves stole it for a lucky child? In all seriousness though it is probably just stuck in the christmas backlog of mail, give it a few days then shoot them a message if you haven't gotten your package yet

It could be due to a missed and a delayed shipment of stock that they were waiting for. They had a fairly big back log of orders.
I was going to order from them but that was what steered me away.
