Hacking ModChipCentral for RGH service?

I was thinking about sending my xbox (slim) to get it rgh'ed from modchipcentral, are they safe cause I contacted them and they said to put "sending to canadian supplier for repair" which is kind of shady, anyone else try it?

It's so they don't have to pay customs on it. Technically it's not a repair, but it's not a sale either, so I wouldn't fret over it too much.
