PS1/2 Modchip for Playstation 1 SCPH-3000 NTSC-J

Hello guys
i have Playstation 1 SCPH-3000 NTSC-J , it only use in japan . i want play pal game on this console . i search in Internet for crack it . i find it modchip for this job . now my question is
which modchip solve my problem ?

There are ones you can build yourself but if you want one off the shelf so to speak then http://www.eurasia.nu/shop/product_info.php?cPath=52&products_id=277 (you may also need some wire too which you can get there as well) is one of the few places left still stocking them. They are a long running site/shop though and are well respected among those that know about them.

For the record though you might be better off getting an emulator and a controller adapter (or just getting a PS3 controller if you do not want to source an adapter).

in my country i can't buy any thing from other world . so i can find in my city . please tell me more information about this chipset like datasheet and model name .
may this model (SCPH-3000) regional free ? is it possible ?

Someone more knowledgeable feel free to correct me, but won't video output be a big issue trying to play PAL games on an NTSC-J system?
