Install the latest version of Avalaunch as the dash...

Then get the latest XBMC with MC360 skin

and finally stick the big-ass-emulator disc on the hdd.

Result = Awesome machine. 

I have that setup with a 1tib freenas serving all my vids & misc round the house. Gonna get a couple more xbox's for the other rooms & my "eHome" will be ace!


skip avalaunch, just use xbmc for everything

Avalaunch is faster for FTP, and much faster if you're ripping games with Quix. But use XBMC as a dash.

Yea, it's not a bad idea either. A LOT of games, but it doesn't have N64 =(

Yes, you can play ALL region's with a modified xbox.

Is there any way to directly transfer files from my computer to the Xbox via a cord or something? Or do I have to set up an FTP, upload all the stuff I want my Box to have to there, and downloadthen on the Xbox? I want to put some XBox ISOs on my XBox, and I have them on my computer (and external USB hard drive if that matters).

Yes you can do that. The tool you need is C-XBox Tool, it allow you to extract ISOs directly onto your Xbox HD through FTP.

It's an awesome solution, now after I downloaded my games I don't even have to burn it - send it straight to Xbox's HD!

Though you'd need a drive upgrade to fully take advantage of this. I upgraded my drive to 80gb yesterday.

[edit: the only connection possible between Xbox and PC is through FTP with network cable, the FTP is setuped automatically once you boot to EvoX/UnleashX dashboard]

Press start, select and both triggers at once.

As for the person that asked about cheating on halo 2. It can be done but make sure your playing on kai or xbconnect. If your found doing it on xbox live they ban your console.

You can play through either. I've always had problems setting kai up. I found xbconnect a lot easier to use.
