Well... What chipset do you have? If you have experienced soldering skills, and it's a DMS, get a CycloWiz and flash it with YAOSM.

Something like a R4? ie. memory cartridge that lets you load a memory card full of games? No there isn't. But as the others pointed out, you can install a modchip in your wii and play games off discs. Check out this dummies guide to choosing a modchip
