hi guys

i was wondering if you would be able too help me with 2 nsw's i have here.

nsw1 No video output too dock charging ok / dock light is constant green):
Has a lot of shorted caps on the back of the motherboard (back of the tegra chip). Picture is included
I have replaced the p13usb and the usb-c connector. This did not fix the shorts.
Where to look next?

nsw 2: screen doesn't turn on (tried the board in a other switch same problem) :

im nearly sure this is a patched switch unit but serial is possibly patched. It does however have autorcm installed and working.
when i send a payload with tegrarcm (windows) it says it has been send successful.

when i follow this guys great guide:
this site /threads/a-definitive-way-to-test-if-your-switch-is-patched-or-not-purchases-after-07-2018.512018/

i get this answer
0X0000

any advice would be greatly appreciated

About the first Switch : you're probably measuring a short somewhere else instead of all those individual caps.
They are all on the same power rails.
From all the repair videos that I have watched so far, most shorts are either in the USB or charger IC and the caps/filters around them.
If you have the equipment, just take out those two chips and start measuring for shorts in those areas.

About the second Switch : afaik 0x0000 means it's patched.
Sending the payload is not the problem, executing is what makes the difference between patched and unpatched Switches.
