What exactly is their objective with spamming items and ruining fun for everyone else? Trolling? That's just boring and repetitive.
Yesterday I played against one that constantly had the super star activated in first place so the blue shell had no effect whatsoever.
I'm guessing these are kids because no functioning adult would think this is fun, "trolling," or "for the lose" (as I've read on YouTube).
That said, there are still online matches without these dipshits, but if you're stuck, you have to just stay until it ends (or disconnects) or shut down the 3DS.
