Hacking missing homebrew program

Hello gbatemp! There is a wii utilty that i have wanted for a little while now, it is called wiihome, an app that can bring you to a menu when you boot up your wii so you dont have to go to the wii menu, go to the homebrew channel, and go to the app you want, i have not seen any download for it, so if anyone can help me, that will be great, thanks! https://wiibrew.org/wiki/Wii_Home
