Hey everyone,
Before I hard/soft modded my Wii and started to experiment with wads, I purchased quite a few games from the Wii shop channel, but for some reason today I felt compelled to access my shop channel so I installed the necessary bits and bobs (I'm still on fw 4.1e) and accessed my account, and the games I've purchased in the past are gone apart from Mario RPG.
I contacted Nintendo who said it's my fw version.
Is it this? Or is it because I've installed wads over the years.
I don't really want to update to the newest firmware as my wiikey will lose its multi region capabilities.

P. S. I'll be updating to a Wii u soon and wanted to take the games I paid for with me can I do this even though they are wads
