Is there a way to fix this issue

Your fuse count is off, you can try to use sysnand CFW to boot the NAND and burnt the fuse so it get up to date.
Sysnand CFW doesn't burn fuses.

This warning is incorrect though. It's been mentioned in the past, but OFW will simply burn the fuses when you boot it. It won't fail to boot.

my switch is on the latest firmware and when i boot i do get a black screen, even if i take my sd card out and try to boot into ofw it just refuses

how do i fix this issue my witch is on 22.1.0 i check through sysnand but still refuses to update those missing ones

It should auto burn the fuse if you are using sysnand cfw, as it burn the fuse, I mean you have an OLED. I mean needs to know what you done to the firmware, did you downgrade?

is there a way to fix this issue? i am new to this stuff

Few possible reasons why though

For Modded Switches (Mariko/OLED/PicoFly)If this happened after a Picofly/modchip installation, the "locked out" message usually means:Bad Solder Joint: The DAT0 or CLK lines are likely poor connections.

Mariko Specifics: On Mariko boards, the secure boot keys are encrypted, and if the glitching process isn't timing correctly, Hekate cannot read them.eMMC Issues: The eMMC chip may not be communicating properly with the processor.
